Inspiration abounds—from Mother Nature to my family and friends and, of course, to many fabulous artists, writers and photographers! Among these later are JR, Dewitt Jones, John Shaw, Eliot Porter, Brooks Jensen, Galen Rowell, Pete Souza, Rob Spring, and many, many more.
JR inspired a project I worked on with my old friend, Rob Spring, last year photographing folks in Montpelier and then pasting large prints of their portraits on the walls of buildings along Langdon Street (above).
